SWING WORKSHOP #1 DVD (36:27) is for beginners or intermediate Swing Dancers.

This workshop teaches the basics of the dance, and includes a 4-part routine:

lady's underarm turn

gent's underarm turn
you-go, I-go combination turn
tummy touch
The Basic Routine can be used as a closed loop and danced all night long. But, once you've mastered this routine, then your objective becomes to learn new figures to add to your repertoire. And that's where Workshop #2 comes in.

SWING WORKSHOP #2 DVD (39:16) is for intermediate or advanced Swing Dancers.

The workshop teaches 7 very nice, very flashy figures:

coming out of closed position

double-double from closed position
ballet & dip from closed position
corkscrew
Jack in the Box
hip grab & turn
Texas tunnel
